This company is running a complete scam. I placed an order four months ago and found out that my items were backordered. I canceled my order because I knew I could get the items elsewhere and was told that it would take 1-2 months to receive a refund. Unfortunately, I used my Paypal account and they have drug this out beyond the dispute time frame. I would definitely advise others to contact their credit card companies to dispute the charges. I have contacted the BBB but the company has failed to respond to them. My next step is to contact the Ohio Attorney General. There has to be something consumers can do to stop this kind of fraud! My research did turn up a website that claims that they are closing their showrooms in Ohio. When I called the last time I asked them if they were going out of business and they claimed that their showrooms were being remodeled, but I seriously doubt that this is the situation. I am awaiting a statement from them announcing bankruptcy. There may be no hope of a refund at this point. To all of those who are contemplating ordering from this company - STAY AWAY FROM USA WALLPAPER!
