I placed an order in late May (2008) for wallpaper border. I cancelled it in late June, after being told that the items that I had ordered were still on backorder (when I ordered them they showed as being in stock). My PayPal account was charged *twice* for the product as soon as I placed the order, which is not usually the case with reputable companies, and I still haven't received a refund. I have swapped emails and phone calls with USA Wallpaper for the past five weeks and have gotten absolutely nowhere.

Today the representative told me that there's nothing they can do about my being charged twice for the same order and that I will have to take this part of the issue up with PayPal. There are two different transaction codes, each for the same amount of money, so I was definitely charged twice.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Even if it's the only place you can find what you want, it's absolutely not worth it. Fradulent business practices. And, based on the reviews that I've now read (and wish I had read earlier), I am only one of very many who have had similar experiences. Let's just hope they get shut down!
