"To be honest, US1 CAMERA was the third company I contacted to order the Canon XL2. Both companies had lower prices but one would not have the camera in stock for another month and the other was selling a foreign made version. US1 CAMERA not only sold me an American made and warrantied product but they went out of their way to make sure I was happy. When I ordered the camera I approved ground shipping but later realized I needed it sooner. I called them and they upgraded delivery at no additional cost. I appreciate that."

"This is the way mail order / internet shopping was intended to work! Great price, fast courteous service, camera in hand less than 24 hours later -- shot with it that very evening! Other dealers may try to lure you in with a low price, only to tell you the item is not in stock, or that the (new, higher) price has not been updated on the website. US1Camera gave me the advertised price, plus a great accessory bundle, all at an extremely aggressive price. These guys are willing to deal, so don't be afraid to haggle a bit. The only criticism I have is that the salesperson spoke very quickly (hey, he's a New Yorker, I know), but when I asked him to slow down and walk me through everything, he patiently and courteously did so. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Highest recommendation! "

This is one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had with an online merchant. Not only did they take a week to process the order because of internal billing mistakes, when I spoke to a cutomer service representative, they were very rude and even eating while they were speaking to me. We then had to upgrade the shipping in order to recieve it on time, and it was still late. The only thing they have going for them is their prices!!

I purchased a Toshiba Laptop, P25-S607 and on the plus side the product was in stock and shipped fast with no problems. On the downside the Customer Service is rude and inept and did not give me a very good feeling buying from them. They also ripped me off on the 3 year extended warranty and RAM upgrade, although they did offer to install the RAM for free and throw in a Notebook case. I saved a little money but will probably pay a little more next time to buy from a more reputable dealer.
