The company called me to confirm order. They offered me additional items at sale prices. I think they sent me one item incorrectly & I need to call them to ask them about it. Otherwise order and experience was very good.

Merchant added an 8% "insurance" charge, so I had to renegotiate the total purchase price. This charge was not disclosed on their web site or in the order summary before I placed the order - the merchant telephoned me after I placed the order to tell me about it and to try to sell additional accessories. The Tamron lens I received is "gray market" - warranty is Japan only, not U. S. I will not do business with this on-line merechant again.

Placed the order on 12/13, and on 12/24 they cannot supply a tracking#, nor they know if it has been shipped.  When I tell them I am disappointed and I am going to leave them a bad review, they threat me with cancelling my order. 

Their explanations went from that the 24-72 hour processing time doesn't apply around Christmas time, and that this lenght of time is normal.

He also called me a "bad person" and they are just a small company that they are trying to survive out there, and that they work every day untill 2 AM.  This alternated with saying that they were cancelling my order.  I guess it hasn't been shipped (after 11 days) and I still don't know if they have cancelled my order.

The camera was $20 less than other known retailers, but...

The order was shipped 10 days after it was placed. The physical shipping actually took 3 days which is normal, but order processing is unacceptable

Too much salesmanship instead of customer service. I ordered my camera with free shipping then was called and told I had to pay 16 dollars for shipping. False Advertising!!! I am filing a report against them with the Better Business Bureau. The salesman also tried to con me into buying a battery for $50 that the camera came with in the first place! Then pushed me to give him $200 for a warranty that the camera comes with. This company is a bunch of crooks.

I paid for 3 day shipping on a monday and received it on friday. They waited two days and then called me to try and sell me over priced accessories that I did not want. After that they charged my credit card and started the shipping process. So after all is said and done I did receive it.

I researched the lens I wanted through several venders. I called your sales department with questions about the product because the item description was very mininum on the web site. While taking a BRIEF moment to consider the purchae the sales rep exclaimed "this line is for ordering" and disconnected. Although he hung up on me I continued to make the purchase online. I then received an email requesting me to call in to verify my order upon which the sales rep tried to upsale me saying I needed to upgrade my lens for $100. more or it wouldn't work on my digital camera eventhough your listing showed its model# with a "DG"(digital). Again I fully researched my purchase beforehand threw MANY other venders and Sigma as well. And no one else showed two different options for this lens. I also own 3 sigma lenses already and never had someone try to sell me some kind of upgrade.

I tried to bought a camera with us1 and payed an extra charge to be delivered between 4 to 6 days, after a couple of days the charge was not made to the credit card and I did not received any call or email from the company. I talked to the company and the person who answered me told he was too busy and that if I could talk to him later which was not acceptable, he was unable to help me and then he passs me with another guy who told me there were having problems with american express cards so he would need me to pay with another one. they never told me this, if I wouldn´t call I wouln´t knew this so I finally decided to cancel my order and to buy the camera in another store. Have a nice day

The price was excellent. Shipping was much faster that advertised. Shipping was delayed however because US1Camera insisted on confirming my order by phone. They left a voice message and it took me several days to get a live person on their end. The product arrived in a brown box instead of the product box. I do not recall being advised with this when I ordered it.

Did not know insurance was required when ordering. The insurance does not protect me it protects US 1 Camera. They will receive the money from the shipper if the article is lost or damaged in shipping. US 1 Camera should pay for the insurance not the customer. Will consider the price of the insurance next time when researching the cost of the item on the internet.

We read too many bad reviews about us1Photo/us1Camera to go through with our order. After entering our credit card info. on the website, a customer rep. called and said that they didn't accept american express. Hmmmm....that's odd. So why would they have the option to select it when paying? The representative wanted another credit card number, so I got his number and told him I'd call back. The call is what actually prompted my researching us1Photo/us1Camera. After reading several bad reviews, I called back and canceled the order. So I don't really have any experience with us1photo/us1camera to rate them fairly. However, I can say that PCNation had EXCELLENT service with free 3-day FedEx shipping.

I placed an order to US1Camera and received a order notification from Photoloon with different terms. The status of my order and the availability was very unclear and there was unexpected extra cost requests e.g. "handling costs". Now I seem to have been lucky enough to cancel the order and place it to another company which works like a clockwork compared to this gang.

I usually purchase cameras and camcorders from Buydig.com or Amazon.com. I was searching for a deal for Canon XSI DSLR and found that US1Camera.com had the best deal. Their purchase process was very straightforward and the user reviews are very good too.

After I purchased the item, I got a call from James in their customer support first thing in the next morning to confirm my billing information (I must have accidentally entered the wrong zipcode). James was very helpful and quickly corrected my information and even upgraded my shipping for no extra charge. Great customer service and I would definitely shop here in the future!
