The beginning was great... Prices, free shipping, what more could you want. We ordered three Frigidaire things, all stainless steel: a refrigerator, range, and an over-the-range microwave. Our entire kitchen was being rebuilt, so we didn't open the new packages immediately. It all APPEARED to be in good shape when delivered. But then we began to open them, 1 month after delivery. The stove is dented on the side and its bottom drawer track is broken. We unwrapped the fridge today, and there is major forklift damage. I have sent pictures and an email to Rachelle in customer service asking for their help in resolving the problems. I haven't rated the company, but will do so after seeing what they will do for me. Update to follow...BUYERS BEWARE OF CONDITION BEFORE SIGNING FOR ANYTHING!!! I was also told by Frigidaire that our WARRANTY WAS VOID because we bought online. Rachelle is looking into that for me as well. I'm really hoping that the problems can be fixed. I don't want this to be my last online shopping experience. I'm already hearing the local merchants, 'I told you not to buy online.' I know the local merchants would take care of us, I'm hopeful that US Appliance will too. Rachelle has been quite friendly and helpful so far....
