I called Samsung to verify if US Appliance is an authorized Samsung dealer. They said no. Check out Samsung's website. It is not authorized!!! Imagine trying to use the manufacture warranty and it being deinied. Plus sometimes resellers will sell a refurbished TV or even remove the serial number. How would you know if the TV has been used and then repackaged and sold it to a customer. With other complaints here about damaged packaging it would not surprise me if they sold used goods as new.

Another incident which happened occured with the price of the samsung ln46a950 went up 360 dollars in the same day! The price was listed as 2239 and is now all of a sudden 2599. I understand companies can change prices, but to change in the middle of a sale which ends Saturday shows lack of integrity in my mind.

I called to complain about the sale price and the customer sales representative started giving attitude. All I did was mention that the price was listed differently earlier in the day and he started giving attitude. If that is their sales team then I wonder how bad their customer service reps are. I'm not sure anyone should trust this company. Also based off other reviews I would not trust them either.
