Every part of the ordering to receving and price excellent. But the shipment, well it was shiped in the oem box. All taped up from holes punch in it. the saw had rub marks on it. Shound have been prepared for shipment better.I will do more ordering with them.

I placed my order on December 3, 2007. On February 15, 2008 I cancelled it. In January I called wondering what the delay was. I was told the sander was on backorder and should be in within a week or two. Everything I ordered stated that it was "in stock" at the time of my order. I received no e-mail telling me there would be any delay. I e-mailed them again in February and got this for a reply: "the item is still on backorder. We do not have a delivery date at this time. Thank you." I e-mailed them today and told them to cancel my order. The best service yet...they promptly cancelled my order and let me know by e-mail.

Saw was broken on delivery. Got the run around for weeks about the replacement of the broken part, only to find out they do not replace parts. They then ask me to return the saw and they would snd a new one. Then they told me the saw was not in stock and would be on backorder. This would take several additional weeks, POSSIBLY!!! I cancelled the order.

Compressor had a cracked gauge and oil was in the compressor which had leaked out,should have shipped without oil. Very quick replacement but still the replacement was sent out with oil which also leaked. I will buy again from Tylertool, Fedex needs to handle merchandise with more care,when the box says "THIS SIDE UP" that's what it means....

The phone call was needed because I had mistakenly supplied an incorrect expiration date with my credit card info. No fault with Tyler Tool. The website was user friendly and informative. Every thing went well except for the bag had a problem. Have contacted both Makita and Tyler Tool. Tyler Tool advised me a month ago that a new one was coming from Makita, still not arrived as of today. Once it comes I will be much happier.
