Turbocharger Pros

I ordered a new turbocharger. They called me after charging my card and told me a new one was no longer available. I then ordered the rebuilt one and it is suppose to be available in 2 weeks. They cancelled the first charge and have charged my card $1095 for the rebuild including the $200 core charge. I don't expect to receive it for another 2 weeks. Andy was who I dealt with and he was very helpful. Don't like the idea that my card has been charged before the part has been shipped. Have to wait and see how it turns out.

Bought a new Volkswagen Turbo and it was great. I bought at 2pm on a tuesday and it shipped the same day! I had it on Friday and got it installed on the weekend.

I went with a new one and it was great, it was worth a little more to get a brand new one.

Less than the mechanic could buy it for, even he was interested. He was going to call them about buying direct.

One thing to know, when you change a turbo there are gaskets and oil lines that have to be changed. Turbochargerpros has them, but I didn't know, so didn't order them. Ask them which ones you need, they know.

Overall I highly recommend! Thanks for saving me over $700!!!

Excellent Experience. I bought a turbocharger for my Audi and what a great deal. The dealership wanted $1400 but they had one at $565 New.

They shipped the same day and the part was here in 3 days after that. I am happy to report that the car is working again.

I do a lot of work on cars and have had some bad experiences online. Not with turbochargerpros.com, I will use them again and highly recommend.

I decided to order Diesel ModelsTurbo Charger for my Beetle. I called them before to find out if gasckets will be also included. They promise me that everything will be included even gasckets. I made my order throug online and include note in it that make sure people know what they are selling my notes " Please make sure that gasckets also inluded before send'. No one reply me back and I wait for my order. Unfortunatly my turbocharger came but NO gasckets in it. I call them back to ask why it's not their. They was telling me to by it or use my old ones. It was absolutly not nice of them to cheat their customers. When i try to call and ask them why they did so to me the customer service was not nice to tell me that it is my problem and they do not care how do i feel.
Be careful.
