Immidiate confirmation of order receipt, shipped in less than 24 hours and arrived super fast. This is a great company to do business with! In answer to question 4, there was no necessity to contact their customer service. You should re-phrase question 5 -- I originally did not answer it because it began with "If . . ." making it appear to be answered only when the if condition was met.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

I believe that they stand behind their quality which is very important to me when I am buying any product. Keep it simple, and creative with the innovative products.
