I have ordered from Tropical Traditions for almost two years. I love their products and order the coconut oil by the gallon. I use it in baking and my everyday top of the range cooking. I ordered the deodorant the last order and it works very well and doesn't sting.

However, I was going to order coconut flour but they were out at the time of my purchase so will have to order later. Really wasn't a problem except I would have received free shipping with this order and probably won't with next order.

Shopping with Tropical Traditions has been a pleasure. I have had a problem the last 2 times I ordered with FedEx however. The boxes on the last to orders have been destroyed. My order last month arrived with a smashed glass jar. This last shipment came in a crushed and ripped box. Luckily all of my items were unharmed but they were also plastic bottles for cleaning supplies. FedEx has been a problem.

It was easy to find the products I wanted. I received them on time. When I opened the package 2 jars of coconut oil were broken. I called Tropical Traditions customer service and the woman I spoke with was very nice and she assured me very quickly that she was sending me two new jars. That was 5 days ago, and I haven't received the new jars yet, but so far, I have been happy with this merchant.

The coconut oil I ordered arrived in 2 glass containers: one container was shattered into many pieces; the second container was also in poor shape, and had several cracks. When I phoned Tropical Conditions and spoke with a representative describing the very bad condition in which the coconut oil had arrived, she was very understanding and told me to dispose of these containers, and that she would send a replacement for my order, would not charge for it, but would see that the next coconut oil containers were carefully protected with good packaging. I thanked her. I am very much looking forward to receiving and starting to use the coconut oil.
