I looked on-line for shot glasses and found them on the Trendsetters website. I called and e-mailed to inquire about volume discounts and heard back from customer service within a day, both via e-mail and voice mail. The invoice with the discounted amount was e-mailed so I could order on-line. The shot glasses arrived one week after my initial contact.

The drinking glasses I purchased appeared to be as sturdy-heavyweight glasses like the ones I have at home already... but when I received them.... they are not the quality expected... the glass itself is too thin .... they will break too easily.........can not allow the children to use.... They are cute..... but.........

I am somewhat disappointed at this point as I have not received the items I ordered on 01-09-07. These items were all different and were suppose to be in stock. I do not know if the shipper is causing the delay or Trendsetter. I am going to give it a few more days before I contact them direct.

I received a glass clock that was shattered. There was no packing materials in box to protect it from breaking. The instructions for returns says to email them within two days of a problem which is ridiculous in itself. However, the best part is there was no email address anywhere on box or instructions or anyway! So I was unable to email anyone! I finally searched & came up with a 800 number to call, but it was always an answering machine-no one live.
Each time I called I left complete information since I had hoped to have a new gift before Christmas, but to no avail. No one ever called me back. I feel scammed. I had to run out last minute & find a substitute gift which really stressed me out. Since you know my email, please resolve my problem & refund my money! I recommend Trendsetters to anyone interesting in hard-to-find brands online at a decent price. The shipment is great and always on time. The merchandise is always in excellent condition and Trendsetters always responded promptly when I had questions. It was also easy to keep track of my purchased product.
