I contacted cust service - Kallen [sp] - to be assured what I was ordering was actually the shirt I wanted. He quickly checked the exOfficio website and assured me, even offered to put me on hold and would check stock, just to be sure. I declined that offer and the shirt arrived quickly and was exactly what I wanted. I'll use Travel Country again in the future. Put in my order for Marmot Transit Jacket. Order was confirmed. Received an e-mail 2 days later saying that it was not in stock. The merchant agreed to refund my purchase. I purchased this same item from another vendor on line but was called the next day and told my size/color was out of stock and could not be back ordered,the vendor offered new stock at a higher price or a size that would not fit.
