i purchased these pants with 2 day air delivery to make my early christmas timeline. was surprised to see they were shipped ground. when i called, it turns out they were drop shipped out of patagonia. if a product is only available by ground, then the other shipping options should be removed at the time of checkout.

This is one of the few places that had what I was looking for. I purchased a total of three things and recieved 2/3 of the items as one item had to be backordered. But the great thing is, the backordered item was shipped directly to me from the original company so I got it very fast. It was a minor delay but not a problem.

Excellent exchange service. I needed a different size, so I spoke with someone who gave me the same pricing as the original order and shipped the new order the same day. The returned items were credited to my charge card the same day they were delivered.

Several items ordered. Some were in stock and others were not. The order was requested as a pick up order. After about 5 days, I received an email asking to substitute another product because you were out of stock. I said yes and waited for several more days and did not get another email or a call to let me know the order was ready. Then I called and was told that they knew nothing about the email substite order but the other items were ready for pick up. The other items that were on backorder were then shipped to my home which was fine. Just poor and slow communication on this order. I would not try and do in store pickup again. This is the 2nd time I have had a similar problem with an online order to pick up. Thanks, Jim Mears

I ordered two pairs of boots on Sunday and another two pairs on Monday. The orders were confused as a duplicate. I had to put in a third order to get the original second pair from Sunday. I would suggest paying more attention to the order or calling the buyer with a question. I am happy now and would return for more business in the future.

This was my first experience with TravelCountry.com, and it was a very good one. I bought a Mountain Hardwear Cohension jacket online during their summer clearance sale and received the order within three days after placing the order. Unfortunately, the sizing of the jacket apparently ran smaller than the Mountain Hardwear sizing chart suggested, and I returned the jacket. The return was easy and they provided credit on my credit card. I ordered another Cohesion jacket in a larger size and the jacket arrived a few weeks later due to a backorder. TravelCountry.com makes it extremely easy to order and return items, and the best thing was that I was able to get my jacket on sale at a very good price with free shipping.
