I bought a north face fleece jacket as a gift for my best friends birthday, and they ended up sending her the complete wrong item!! Terrible mistake to happen for a gift and if she wouldn't have sent me pictures, I would have NEVER even known because the all receipts and emails were for the item I purchased, not the item they actually sent. I emailed and received no response and then had to call to fix this problem. Such a hassle that could have ALL been avoided if they sent the right jacket in the first place!!  I would not shop here again	Overall Rating:

Excellent. Item was exactly as described (Columbia ski jacket). The item was $40 less than Dick's Sporting Goods, and everywhere else I checked on the net. I had never ordered from this company before, but am very pleased. Shipping was extremely fast-much faster than I expected. Travel country did a great job. Their shipping carrier dropped the ball. If I were travel country, I would change shipper. If it were not for the shipper, the experience would have been the best I have ever had. Shipper almost lost the package after arriving in Dallas, it sat for 2 days. I finally went to their office to pick it up and spent over 1 hour for them to find it. Their excuses was that they were busy. I looked in the warehouse and saw several drivers on their ass.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

I have returned my order due to fit issues, the one bad experience is that when returning I could not get an RMA or even acknowledgement that a return was being sent. I am expected to ship with tracking and confirmation and a copy of my receipt in the box and then just keep my fingers crossed it will be credited correctly.
