I ordered two pairs of boots on Sunday and another two pairs on Monday. The orders were confused as a duplicate. I had to put in a third order to get the original second pair from Sunday. I would suggest paying more attention to the order or calling the buyer with a question. I am happy now and would return for more business in the future.

This was my first experience with TravelCountry.com, and it was a very good one. I bought a Mountain Hardwear Cohension jacket online during their summer clearance sale and received the order within three days after placing the order. Unfortunately, the sizing of the jacket apparently ran smaller than the Mountain Hardwear sizing chart suggested, and I returned the jacket. The return was easy and they provided credit on my credit card. I ordered another Cohesion jacket in a larger size and the jacket arrived a few weeks later due to a backorder. TravelCountry.com makes it extremely easy to order and return items, and the best thing was that I was able to get my jacket on sale at a very good price with free shipping.

There was a delay in shipping and the merchant notified me in advance of the delay. I responded to the delay notice but was not acknowledged. Not necessarily a huge demerit, but would have been appreciated.

I like the fact that shipping was free to be honest that is the only reason I ordered from them. Because there price is the same as everyone else the free shipping was the only advantage. So I actually ordered from them being farther away because of the free shipping. Keep that and I'll order again. Plus if the prices drop a couple dollars I'll order other products too. I was unsure about fit, so I ordered multiple sizes - knowing that I would need to return at least some of the items. Unlike other merchants who can delay for weeks, I received a refund on my returned items with in days. TravelCountry truly seems to care about customer service.
