I had a great experience shopping on travelcountry.com. I chose to order from them because they offered the lowest price on Keens as well as free shipping. I did find some less than glowing reviews of TravelCountry but I took a chance and am extremely happy that I ordered from them.
The delivery speed was very fast as well as being free. The shoes were exactly as ordered as well as being on sale. I could not be more pleased with them as a place to shop online. I will definitely order from them again.
Customer service updated me on the status of my order, both when I ordered and when my items shipped. The best thing was that I ordered on a Sunday and the order was set to ship that same day. They updated me with a UPS tracking number where I was able to see exactly when my items would arrive.
I did not have to contact customer service for any reason because everything went like clockwork. I was supplied with a receipt that included instructions on how to return items if they were not satisfactory. I will not have to return anything but was relieved to know that if there was an issue, I had an easy way to resolve it.
