I use this nursing bag as a book bag and as a carry-on when I travel. I have taken it all over the U.S. and it has performed exceptionally well. Incredible company! They have always shipped every order I have placed the same day. Have had several items sent to me in Japan, and everything was perfect. If you can, visit their store/factory on Central Ave. in Schenectady, NY. Really nice and friendly people. Everything is handmade, using USA materials. They will even customize if you would like something altered. They might be a little more expensive than something made in China, but it is great to know that Americans are getting back a good wage, and you are getting a product the is guarenteed for a lifetime. Highly recommeded for backpacks, duffle bags, toiletry bags, garment bags, and baby carriers, all of which I have and will buy more in the future.

I was told my product would arrive in 24 hours, so I changed the shipment address to my home. Checking UPS tracking on line, it said it would not be received until Monday (would not be at home). Called UPS and changed delivery address to work for Monday delivery. When we arrived home on Monday, the package was in front of our door? Disappointed, my package could have been lost. I then had to incur another shipping charge and ship the package to my granddaughter's address in NY. Somewhat disappointed in handling of shipment. Still have not heard from pediatrician as to whether or not grand daughter can utilize this product.

My only complaint with my UC Briefcase, is that there should be a snaps or some other means to hold close the open pouch(opposite side of zipper).

I had trouble with my online order due to a glitch after changing some information. After calling the next morning several times to confirm my order I finally reached to person I needed to speak to. That person was extremely helpful and curteous. My order arrived much more quickly than I'd expected, and though we've not used it yet, we are very satisfied with its condition and supporting materials. I would just recommend that for phone requests if the person at Tough Traveler that needs to be spoken to cannot be reached that the customer's name and number be taken so the customer doesn't have to call back numerous times.

Great! I love the children's backpack I purchased. My son is only 3, but we want him to feel part of the family when we go hiking and carry a few things of his own. It's the perfect size for a tiny back-just big enough for a juice, snack, a few toys, and light jacket. It was hard to find a pack that wasn't big and heavy-thanks for the product!!!

I was in the market for a new backpack and wanted to buy something that was well made and produced locally. I found just what I wanted at Tough Traveller and their website was very easy to navigate. Especially helpful was a chart that listed various atributes desired in a backpack which when completed resulted in a more tailored list from which to choose.

Tough traveller products are great and shopping for them online was fairly easy. I do wish they'd add the function to see each pack in the offered colors, but other than that they were speedy and accurate.

My family and I are very happy that we bought the tough travler carrier. Shipping here was very fast it arrived the next day with regular mailing. I would buy from here again this product is amazing. We use it to go hiking with our 6 month old. The whole time he is in the carrier he won't stop smiling and doesn't cry at all! Our 4 year old wants to be carried in it too. Thanks for making such a good product.
