The item and name of the company were given to me by my son and daughter in law because they selected the item. The ordering was easy and the package arrived on time. I have not opened it because it was a Christmas present. There was a bit of damage to the carton and I hope the item was not damaged.

It amazes me that people don't look to buy products made in the USA and would rather buy based on dollar value, imports. Not only is there the possiblity that the labor which produced the products in a foreign country may be non-union or children...but the economy in the USA is going down the drain by loss of jobs. Who will buy anything if they don't have a job here?

I bought an infant/toddler backpack used and it was missing the rods for the sun shade. They were very helpful and directed me to the correct part. While I only had to purchase replacement rods, the backpack has been wonderful and now that we can use the sun shade it's even better.

Web site was easy to navigate. Representative called me to say the original bag I ordered was no longer manufactured. He suggested the next size up and pointed out the improvements. I went ahead and ordered it and I'm pleased. My first camera bag from Tough Traveler lasted over 23 years and is still going strong. I simply needed another one, and turned to Tough Traveler first.
