I like the reviews on the website. Descriptions of products are good, but could be a little more detailed. More views of the products would also be helpful. All in all, I had a pleasant shopping experience!

Child carrier comparison chart was very useful. Product arrived quickly and so far seems fine. Only complaint: there were no directions for usingand adjusting the carrier and I would have had an easier time adjusting it if there was a diagram labelling the purpose of each of the many straps. I have experience backpacking but still could have used some assistance. I checked the website for a guide but didn't find one.

We have shopped at Tough Traveler for many years and appreciate the high quality of their products. This was my first experience in ordering over the Internet and generally, it was very positive. Product information was clearly displayed and my order was filled accurately and promptly. My only concern was that when I entered my credit card number for my purchase,it showed as a number rather than stars or asterisks as shown on other sites. I didn't understand if that might indicate a lower level of security in handling that information. So far, however, it has not caused any problems. Overall, the shopping experience was great!

Overall a good experience, but I did not receive a confirmation when my order was processed. My first communication was the following day from UPS, informing that my shipment was on its way. But again, I want to say I was satisfied with the service and product.

I placed a call to Tough Traveler to be sure they had received my order and was surprised to have a real live person answer the phone. He was courteous and helpful - it was great! I would just suggest that they send email confirmations of orders or shipment - I did not receive one.

Very happy with the product and service. Very Very unhappy with the delivery. I know that it was not at the fault of Tough Traveler but maybe they need to find a better way to deliver. (two weeks and 1 day is to long of a wait when the product was to be here in 4-7 days!)
