I ordered a Kuerig coffee maker for a Christmas present for my husband on December 4th from this company. I was told during the time of order that the coffee maker was in stock and would be shipped immediately. Two weeks later (12/18) I called to find out the status of the coffee maker and was told they did not have any in stock. I voiced my concern and indicated that I purchased this for a Christmas gift. I asked to speak to a manager but was told I would receive the back order before December 25th. On December 19th I received a email mesg that indicated my merchandise had been shipped. I have been trying to track my merchandise but all I can get from the USPS website is that my coffee maker was shipped from New Hampshire on 12/21 and on route to its destination. It is now 11:00 pm on Christmas eve and I don't have a gift to give to my husband!!! I am very very angry and upset at this merchant!

Do Not Shop here. I placed an order and over a week later they still have not shipped it. An email as to why it had not shipped was met with "the order had been printed and was on its way to the shipping department" All items were in stock, there is no reason it should take a week to ship three pcs. Now I will still have to wait an additional 6-8 days after they get around to sending it. Look elsewhere.

Totally agree with "shell26" -Worst online merchant award goes to........Totalvac! They sent me the wrong electrolux part. I emailed them to get the next steps. No answer. Emailed them again with photos of the correct part. No answer. Finally, I get an email from someone with an RMA form for me to return it. HELLO! You're the one who screwed up the order, make it easy for ME to return it. Honestly, I didn't even end up sending back the $20 part since they made it such a totally harassment. They are a mickey mouse shop run out of someone's basement. Find a real online store with real customer service.

It's been three weeks and I still haven't received my order. They took twelve days to even ship it. I emailed twice and left one phone message but got no response. Today I called again and ended up speaking with the office manager, who was pretty rude. She informed me that the company policy is to contact customers only if it will take more than two weeks to send the shipment. She seemed to think that my expectations--for quicker shipment and/or communication from the company--were unreasonable. She finally agreed to a 10% refund (about $5).

I placed an order for two small replacement peices on a Tuesday. Check the status and now its Friday and the order has not shipped. My credit card has been deducted quickly. They take your money and decide when to ship when they feel like it. Good thing i didnt pay for express shipping as it probably take about the same time as standard.

I'm surprised with some of the negative comments....my experience was outstanding! Ordered a Euroflex Monster SC60 steam cleaner on 6/12/09 and received the item in excellent condition on 6/17/09. I especially like the tracking link in their e-mail when they confirmed shipment (which was the same day I ordered the item). Prior to ordering I called customer service to make sure the item was available....spoke to a really nice gal who checked that they did have half a dozen still in stock. I would certainly do business with them again!

THOUGHT THE ORDER WOULD BE SHIPPED FEDX AND AFTER WAITING, I CHECKED THE SHIPPING ORDER. IT WAS NOT MAILED OUT UNTIL THE 9TH, DIDN'T RECEIVE IT UNTIL FIVE DAYS LATER. HAD TO PUT A HOLD ON VACUUMING THE HOUSE. FINALLY FOUND ORDER IN MAILBOX BROUGHT BY USPS UNLESS THE FEDX MAN PUT IT THERE.

I bought a battery for my Norelco battery. Installation involved opening up the razor, clipping the leads from the old battery, and soldering the leads from the new battery to the clipped leads. Lot of work, but I like that old razor.
Turns out the battery I got was probably sitting on the shelf since this particular model of razor was first released. Will not hold a charge. Very disappointing. :( |

i placed an order with totalvac.com and it took 6 days and 2 emails - one threatening to report them and cancel my order should they not respond - for them to inform me on ANYTHING regarding my order. i received confirmation from paypal - but NOTHING from them. then, it took an additional day - so a total of a WEEK for my order to be shipped - it's almost a week later, and i STILL have not received it.the customer service for this "company" is horrendous!! there are absolutely NO specifics when you place your order on how long it takes to process it - most REPUTABLE companies will let you know how many business days it takes for your order to be filled and shipped. this poor excuse does not even send confirmation emails! if i had known it was going to take over 2 weeks to receive this, i NEVER would have placed the order to begin with! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!! Note to self: check with better business bureau before ordering from any company online - would have seen the F rating and been warned!

Very slow shipping. Took almost two weeks to get the part and then they sent a defective part. I tried emailing and calling the company and they did not return any contact at all. I highly recommend you do not do business with this company as they have no idea what good customer service is. I am stuck with a part that is no good.

Ordered mixer parts on Nov 22, 2008. When ordering, all items were shown as available. Just received an e-mail on Dec 04, 2008 that "Your order is on its way to be picked, packed and shipped". What does that mean and why has my order not arrived already? Since I have not received the product yet, I can't rate the items. I'm not in any rush but this is poor. I ordered another part for the same mixer a week later from another company and have it already.
It is now December 8th and I still do not have the parts. Another e-mail on Dec 5th said "One of the items you ordered is not in stock. The rest of the order is being processed and getting ready to ship today. I received 2 of 3 items on December 10th. They are what I asked for and work fine. The 3rd item was received Friday December 12th. It is what I ordered and works fine. Though I did not need the items right away, I will not buy here again due to the slow shipping time. If they had notified me ahead of time that it would take so long, I would have responded differently. |

Buyer Beware! I am trying right now to get my $95 back from Total Vac. They are horrible. I ordered on 11/15/08. Today, 11/28/08, having heard nothing, I checked my order number on their web site. The order had not even been shipped. It has been two weeks. I called their number and got a voice mail box. I asked what the problem was with my order. I even checked their "out of stock" list on the web site . My items were not on it. About an hour ago I recieved an email saying my item was out of stock and "probably would be in in a couple of weeks and they would ship them." Totally unacceptable unprofessional behavior. I filed a complaint with Pay Pal and have requested my money back. These guys are charlatans.

Left voicemail query. Received no reply by Nov 21. Will cancel order today. Can't see how they received such a high rating. Wish I had more thoroughly checked them out ahead of time.

I ordered and paid for DC18 Dyson (Refurb), but after two weeks I called them to find out about my order status, They told me they are out and they do not expect to get anymore. But they offered me another vaccum a lot more expense at 20% discount. But they still show you can purchase DC18 Dyson (Refurb) on their web site. Don’t waste your time if you are ordering DC18 Dyson (Refurb) from them. They just want to get your money and offer you more expensive product. I finally got my money back from them.

I am very unhappy with my experience with Totalvac.com. I ordered my items on September 30 and it is now October 22 and I have not yet received my items. I wish I had read the reviews here before placing my order--I would have opted for a different store.
BTW, it turns out their "Standard Shipping" is the cheapest and slowest method possible. Even Walmart offers better standard shipping. When I called customer service she said that her records show my package was delivered (it was not) so tough luck. Not a good business ethic. IT IS NOW OCTOBER 29 AND STILL NO PACKAGE. |

I contacted the store ten days after I placed my $88.00 order and had not received anything. The rep said it would be ordered that day. I replied that I felt they should expedite the shipping at their cost because it had been 10 days and it had not been ordered. She emailed back that the items were out of stock. They NEVER informed me. They are quick to take your money and slow and unresponsive to send the product to the customer's satisfaction. Their customer service phone does not answer the calls. They are unprofessional.

I contacted the company a week after I placed my order via email and received no response. I contacted again via phone after 10 days and received an email response that my item was back ordered and it would be an additional 2 weeks until it would be shipping. This is most certainly a mom-and-pop shop competing in an Amazon world. Their poor customer service made me write this review.
I would strongly caution against ordering from this company and expecting anything less than poor service and long delivery times. Perhaps after I receive my item (sometime in mid-late August) I'll update this review. I'm happy I paid with PayPal so at least I'll have some recourse should they neglect to inform me that they couldn't get the parts in themselves. |

I placed an order with Total Vac and was informed that I would receive an email when my items had shipped. After a week went by, I contacted them by email and they said my order would be shipping. A few more days went by and I sent them another email and then phoned them asking for information on my order. Nobody ever returned my phone call, but I received an email saying the order had shipped. I sent them another email complaining about the length of time to get my order out. This time they returned my email, telling me it took so long because the items I ordered were damaged and had to be replaced. I am still waiting for my order.
