Glad to see I'm not alone, placed order over month ago with them, was suppose to get email confirmation, never received any email. Package was delivered to wrong location eventually found out, and only found out order actually went thru on their web site once got bank statement showing transaction. After bank statement, placed numerous calls trying to find out status of order (never could get live person) so left voice messages with as much order information as could, NOT ONE RETURNED CALL.

Finally 3rd week got a email back showing tracking number and showed delivered to wrong address.

Tried numerous emails to resolve figure out what resolution could get. Here is latest email from them....

"Doug,
You are a nut. You go from oops sorry to this long email. We shipped to the address you entered online as the ship to address, which was in Scottsdale, Arizona. If you did not want us to ship there you should have not entered it as the address you wanted us to ship to.

Please stop calling and emailing.

Let PayPal review the dispute.

Again nice way to regard your customers.....without customers you wouldn't be in business. Then again way you handled my order, lack of call backs, you wont be in business long anyway.

Check out the BBB web site, this company has terrible score. Wish I had done some research about this company before wasted my money with them.

Status: They have my cash, I have no product.
