Consumer warning. This seller is not reliable. For me, the order process took many weeks because each time I ordered products from the site, I received a notice that the products were on back order. They had no follow up on these, and, when I sent a query 30 days later, they replied about a week afterward with a message saying the product was discontinued (in two cases). The 10%-off coupons TotalVac offered as compensation for these problems did not function (generating an "coupon expired" error message). In the end, of the four items I ordered, I received only one item on time (but after a month involving a reordering process), had to use another supplier for one item after 2 months of delays, and found another item was defective more than 30 days after placing the initial order. TotalVac does not back any products and has no system for handling consumer complaints about the items they sell, and so I have had to appeal to the manufacturer. The manufacturer has not responded to my message, and so it appears I am stuck with a defective product TotalVac sold. Each time I sent e-mail to TotalVac, I had to wait weeks for a reply. I tend to give positive reviews wherever possible, but in this case the only wise thing to do is warn other consumers about using TotalVac for purchases.
