The service is fast and efficient, You can put extra comments on your email order and they get answered promptly. The only thing is that we live in Canada, so we don't get free shipping and that can be costly. I wonder if there is a better way, maybe slower, of shipping.

There was a problem with UPS. They lost the order and said to contact the shipper. I contacted Total Health and they apologized, offering to send out another shipment ASAP. I accepted their offer, only to have the initial order to arrive two days later. Shipment was less one bottle and obviously had been repackaged. Invoice was soaked in castor oil and the other five bottle lables were soaked in the same. Called UPS for a pick-up and return. Problem was not with Total Health, but with UPS. I would order from them again without hesitation.
