A description of doing business with Total Health Discount Vitamins? One Word: Horrible! I should have checked with the Better Business Bureau first.
Shipping? They were slow to ship. SEVERAL days went by and I realized that I had never gotten the package. I called and was told that two of my items were not available, but would be coming in soon. I was never contacted with this info. Would have been nice to know.
Customer service? A young woman answers the phone, listens to you, says just a minute and puts a guy on the line. He is the owner of the company. He does not have great people skills. I swore the calls were going to the guy's house.
THE WORST PART OF ORDERING FROM TOTAL HEALTH DISCOUNT VITAMINS? When I removed one of the bottles of supplements from the sealed box, it was covered in fingerprints!!! I have been buying supplements for many years and have never found a brand new bottle to be covered in fingerprints!! When I contacted the owner regarding this problem, he was extremely rude. He said of course there were fingerprints because they had handled the bottle. I told him that it was in a box. He then said that the people in the "factory" got fingerprints on the bottle. Sorry, but that just is not true. He got very upset. I had to hang up.
Bottom line? I am not allowed to return the supplement, so I am out $41.00! Beware and read every word of their return policy. Good Luck!
