Finding my product was easy and ordering the product was also easy to accomplish. I had a minor problem with my bank and Toshiba worked well with my bank and myself to resolve the issue. The experience was fairly easy and stress free. Thanks!

Numerous phone calls made to the customer service department utilizing the 1-800 number attemping to gather information on the date of delivery of the prooduct I orderd. E-mail sent also to clearify delivery date. Recieved a response 24 hours later with the information that was already know to me as it was the same information that was on the status page.
On the phone call that I made, one customer service representive told me that it would be delivered on the 13th of October (today), not here. On a phone call to the customer service representive yesterday, was informrnd that it would be shipped on the 12th of October MST and I will recieve my product either on Monday, Tuesday...or Friday of next week. As I hace checked the status page today, the product now will be shipped on the 16th of October. Lets hope. I had anticipated the tablet pc to be delivered today, Friday the 13th of October, so that I would have this week end to work with it and utilize it next week for a work. This is not going to occur however.

Ordered a standard part. No indication at time of order that shipping would be delayed. No contact was made with me indicating a delay. Ordered it several weeks ago. Upon calling customer service, was told item should be shipped in a couple of weeks. Unacceptable wait.

The rebate process is also unessesarily hard..Easy for mistakes to take place and rebates not to be paid.
Time will tell if this happens.
Overall Im very happy with what I purchased but next time a quick trip to Best Buy might be easier and more pleasant experience

After waiting three days for "Credit Card Verification", I cancelled my order.
There is no reason that it should take three business days for Toshiba to "verify my credit card details". I e-mailed customer service twice and was told that there was no way to expedite my order.
I ordered my product from a different retailer and received the item overnight. I will not attempt to shop from ToshibaDirect.com ever again.

I am most happiest with Toshiba onlne. We ordered a laptop directly through them 3 days after my parentes and we got our before they did. They went through Walmart. Plus I got what I wanted and lots of free upgrade. If I ever had a question I just e-mailed them and within the hour I had a response. Very good expierence and I have already passed the word around.

I received an email confirming my purchase and shipping date. When I did not receive the package, I called customer service and was told the order was on backlog and there was no ETD. This was never communicated to me until I called- the website with the order status still said it would be shipped as I ordered it.
I then asked for my order to be cancelled and an email confirming this request. I never received that email. I had to call back a few days later to request it. I got my email, which was very unprofessionally written, simply stating "order cancelled".
I will never shop with Toshiba again.

Not sure, the shipping was excellent. The product came standard with a wireless connection but my laptop when received had no wireless connection and my order form indicated that it was not ordered. This was very misleading and I am very upset to discover this error. Perhaps just going to Wal-mart and buy a laptop would have been less of a headache as to now I have to go to a local dealer and buy the darn wireless for this laptop. Oh, at this moment I am not happy with this mail order crap.
