I ordered about $35.00 worth of socks for my daughter who has major sensory issues. I kept waiting for them because we were so excited to get them. However, we never received them and still never have received them and it's been 5 months now.
I sent multiple emails and left messages and finally after several weeks, someone called me back and left me a message that they were delivered according to their records and gave me a tracking number. I went to the tracking form and it never says they were delivered to my home, just that they made it to California, that's it.
They didn't even follow up with me to make sure I had ever received them (which I still haven't) and never returned any more phone calls.
I am all about customer service and if they would have been more responsive or even cared one bit, I would have given it another chance and ordered again. It is obviously a very small mom and pop company and would not be able to accomodate the hundreds of people I could have referred due to working for a Sensory Integration company with children that would benefit from this.
I will not be using this company again and will look for another competitor that can serve the needs of children with sensory issues.
