Tools Plus

I'm not happy with the service/ communication at Tools-Plus.  The sales man that initiated the sale Peter Reid was never available.  It took me several try's to get get a hold of Tools Plus after it had been over two weeks without any shipping information.  Finally, I was informed the unit I ordered was on back order and wouldn't be shipped for another ten days.  If they come through with what they say, it'll take over a month to receive the compressor from when I ordered.  Ordered 9/19/09.  Stated ship date, 10/23/09. So I cancelled and ordered from a different company so I could get the equiptment sooner.

I received my order in one day. The tools I ordered were good quality & exactly what I wanted. One odd thing was that they had items which were not so easy to find, so of course I was really glad, but when I wanted to add a couple of other items....things that are very common place [ a rachet, dremel wheels ] they don't stock them. But in any case, the service was excellent and I highly recommend Tools Plus

I was reluctant to purchase tools off the internet. After dealing with Tools Plus, I may never walk into a retail store again to make a tool purchase. very happy with the customer service people, shipping rates and excellent pricing on tools.
