I had shoppeda round for best price, rebates, etc. and found Tool King to offer the best price but also lowest shipping and handling. This is somewhat of a specialty tool and not everyone carries them and was suprised at how quickly it was shipped (same day) and how fast my dad recieved it (2 or 3 days). Factory refurbished Delta saw came with a poor quality copy of the owners manual. Download of the orginal from web solved the problem.

I found the exact tools at a good price at Toolking.com, and shipping was quick. I am not a professional mechanic but I do like to service my Audi and VW. The triple square drive set was a great price and very complete, and the brake tools will make the next job go twice as fast. Keep up the good work.

The experience was good in general. However, I telephoned twice in attempting to ascertain a shipping date. These calls were unsatisfactory. I finally got an email with a shipping date three hours after UPS delivered the item to me. Interestingly, the shipping date in the email was the actual delivery date.

Web site was good. Price listed was very good. When the item arrived it was "Factory Reconditioned". This was not mentioned on the web site for this item. The price was reasonable for "Factory Reconditioned". The web site says "Free Shipping" but there was a $6.00 handling charge added if you used the free shipping. $6.00 was reasonable but it wasn't "Free". Most merchants that I have dealt with do not add a "Handling" charge to the free shipping. Overall the product received was in Great Shape and the total price was reasonable (even with the handling charge).

Great except shipper dumped, really dumped it upside down on the steps in my bulkhead! The box was torn open and parts scattered under the steps. I never found the blades and the knob holding the light on. I contacted Dremel who was supposed to get back to me but never did. I will call them back tomorrow.

Bought a Factory Refurbished Nail gun (FN250BR). I expected some 'wear-and-tear' for a used item, however it looked practically new and with a factory warranty. I would definately shop hear again.

On call I was told that a referbished product was near new. Case was broken and one of batteries was very used. Shipping Packaging was not good enough and damage to case might have happened in shipping. At this point, I do not know if I will be responsible for shipping/handling and return shipping.
