I was pleased to find the Dewatl Srill/Drive set here as its hard to come by these days and it is the only one of its kind with a durable 5/16" shaft as opposed to the 1/4" shaft which I have had break or bend on me several times. I was dissapointed in he shipping cost so that was what drove me to purchase other items because I did not want to spend $6.99 on what they call "handling not a shipping charge" on a single item. Afterall, to me, seven dollars is a bit much for one thing. It is nice when you are ordering multiple items. I wish they weren't so fake about it though with their "Free Shipping! Only $6.99 Handling Fee" Advertisements. Who do they think their customers are? There are plently of similar tool websites that advertise free shipping and thats what it actually is-free to get it from them to the end customer. Other than that, I would recommend ToolKing.

I purchased this welder as a "re-conditioned" item. When I received it, it had signs of being "used" (i.e. many scratches on the unit, welding burns a gouges on the handle and ground clamp,welding tip and housing was burnt, no manual and no complementary roll of wire as avertised). I called your company and customer service contacted Hobart and they sent me replacment tips, wire and the manual. It took approximately one month and several calls and emails to receive the items. Customer Service sent me a $20 gift card for my next purchase from Tool King.

They were prompt about the delivery. My only complaint is that only part of my order came from Toolking the rest came from a Dewalt Distributor - which is fine - except they didn't tell me this, and when my order came from toolking, the joiner was not with it. It came the following day from Dewalt - which was great.

Ordered a "remaufactured" delta drill press. Advertised as having only cosmetic defects. It was severly scratched, dented, parts missing, pulley attached to motor shaft was flopping around loose. It was clearly not remanufactured. I had to send it back. Their refund policy is good though.

I am very impressed with the speed in which the router I order was delivered.I live In Canada,so I really didn't think it would get here for at least a week to two weeks.To my surprize UPS had it at my door in three bussiness days...Great job.As for the router it has mett all my expectations.I did find it was missing one of the chip shields though.I have E-mailed tool king and expect a reply any day now.

Only problem was that the web site description was very similar between several models of the same thing making it hard to determine what features were available on the higher priced models and not the lower, but there was good selection and good prices - would definitely shop there again if price was right
