Standard tools can be bought locally(sometimes Harbar Frieght). Miniture screwdrivers were good quality. Miniture wrenches could not fine anywhere but at tool king.

after spending 2hours looking for this part on line in addition to going to 4 different stores,they where the only store that had the part i was looking for. good orinization of web site. only complaint was when i went to look at your selection of welders, it took me back to the home page.

I was very happy with the service. My only complaint is minor, the tracking link on their site doesn't work properly. The tracking number was available for me to go to ups and enter it on my own, but it wouldn't return any tracking info on their site.

They had the product I wanted and the pricing was excellent. I placed the order on their Internet site over the weekend, and it was shipped on Monday. I was able to track the order, it arrived on time, and was exactly what I'd requested. You can't ask for more than that.

For an item that was listed as "In stock" and a statement on the vendors web site that most items shiped out within 2 bussiness days, it took nearly a week before it was shipped out. Also the tracking function on the website did not work. However, when I emailed them asking for the tracking number, they responded very quickly. Overall a good purchase, quality product, just might want to look somewhere else if it's an immediate need. I will order from them again though.
