I took a chance on ordering from Tool King after reading comments on this forum revealing some unsatisfied customers but I have to say am very pleased with my product and fast delivery with standard shipping. Ordered a Silky 20 ft. Pole Saw which Tool King priced 20% under manufacturer's web site and even dealers listed on Amazon.com. Furthermore the website prompted me to recieve a coupon giving $10 off for orders of $50 or more just for signing up for email notification, making my purchase a further bargin.

Product was new in factory packaging, in excellent condition. The standard delivery option was a bargin for $7.95, I ordered the product through the web site on a Sunday and it arrived by Friday, It was bubble wrapped and arrived in perfect condition. Used VISA on the secure web site and was able to search products with ease displaying several pictures of each product and specs for comparisons. I am a very satisfied customer with Tool King and will use again and recommend to others. I noticed that many of the customers making negative comments about Tool King were ordering reconditioned products so this may be food for thought. I was first worried about the less expensive price and whether the product was really in stock since other web sites claimed it to be on back order, well this fear was quashed as Tool King came through with flying colors on all levels. By the way, the Silky Pole Saw is awsome, is of sturdy construction and cuts limbs like butter!
