Poor customer service, no follow through, plain and simple, they suck!

I ordered a $500 piece of equipment from Tool King's Ebay store. The auction said ships in 2-3 days. When I received confirmation of payment they said ships in 2-10 days at which time they would provide me with a tracking number. So a week goes by and I get a post card from UPS that basically said they didn't like the way the developer decided to number the suites. (I could right a whole other review about UPS). After confirming the suite number (which was in the address) UPS decided to return the item. Already being ticked for not receiving a shipping confirmation, I decided to wait to see how long it would take Tool King to contact me. Another week went by and I finally emailed them to which they replied "We are committed to answering your e-mail within 24 hours." 3 days later (maybe they meant business hours) I receive and email stating that my order had been returned and they wanted to confirm my shipping address. So I replied to which I got another 24 "business" response. This time they exceeded my expectations. 2 days later (that's only 16 hours) I get a phone call from Tool King. Where they again want to verify my shipping address (wow, these guy are thorough). The guy told me it would ship in the next day or two. Sounds pretty confident. He probably doesn't have any confidence in his shipping department or the rest of the company. It shows.
So now a week later I still haven't received my $500 piece of equipment. They still have my money so I guess they don't care. I just sent another email with the standard reply. We'll see what happens. I should probably just get my money back. If they treat me this poorly when I haven't gotten the product yet, imagine if I need to return it because of shipping damage or because of the warranty. OYE!!!
