The company was incompetent, deceitful---or both! Buyer beware!

This company sucks! I never expected to feel this way after reading the positive reviews. What really ticks me off is I decided to buy from this company BECAUSE of the good reviews. I can appreciate when a customer is a jerk and the merchant just cannot comply with unreasonable demands. Unfortunately, that's not what happened here. I was reasonable, the company wasn't and now, one month later, I'm just really disgusted!

I purchased a rebuilt power tool which I decided to return---unused. All of the sites I checked offered this particular tool with its blade wrench and chip bag. By the time I decided to buy from Toolking, I ceased looking to see whether these items were included and just assumed they were. To make a long story short---they were not included when purchased from Toolking. To be fair, it doesn't say they are on their website either so the error was mine.

The cost of purchasing the chip bag and blade wrench separately was more than the cost of shipping it back and buying the entire kit from another retailer. I emailed Toolking and said I would like to return the item---unused-- and they provided instructions. It originally arrived poorly packaged so I wrapped it up the way it should have been just so nothing happened to it on the way back to Toolking.

They never refunded all of my money. Customer service said it was a mistake---it was not a re-stocking fee---the tool was unused, and they would take care of it. One month and 4 phone calls later, they still have not! No reason given---they still say they will---but they don't actually do it?! I've been provided a supervisor's phone extension (x-115) but I don't believe she really exists---she never answers and never returns the call!

I don't understand what gives. I have done everything correctly and all I got was lip service and ripped off. At this point, it's not about the money---it only amounts to a few dollars anyway---it's about the company being incompetent, deceitful---or both. Buyer beware!

Oh, by the way, I purchased the same tool from CPO Bosch via an eBay auction for an even lower price than Toolking AND it came with the blade wrench and the $27 chip bag for free!!
