When half of my toner order arrived I called Tonerprice. The rep was terrific and gave me info that 2 items were back ordered. I received them within a few days. I'd use again - excellent service and very knowledgeable reps. GREAT!

Not happy with the company's handling of the billing and sending of ordered supplies. They keep mixing up 2 separate departments accounts at the same university instead of treating each department as a separate business account. Results in a lot of frustration on our part trying to get it straigthened out. I called and thought everything was correct, but the next time I ordered, they mixed up our accounts again. I have now called a second time to get it corrected. It remains to be seen whether it has been successful or not. Each time the company apologized for the mistake and said it would be corrected and taken care of, but alas the same mistake was made a second time.
