I found this store through shopping.com which compares prices, including shipping.  Tonermax.com was advertising free shipping and had a good price so I went to their site and spent much time searching through to find 3 different sizes of labels I wanted for my Brother QL-570.  When I went to check out there was a message that says they really don't want your business if your order is under $100.  I'm not kidding!  Trust me, I won't be back when I have a larger order "that you want."

i do have few older HP printers, which was released before 2000 & i have couple of brother 2030s in my office. i just ordered ribbon & some toners at tonermax. they bring some better search options to find exact model.ordering was very simple. i received order confirmation email after 6 hours. its okay. but i expected it within couple of hours. they promised 5 days for shipping. but i got my toners on 4th day itself. they are doing real good. But i wonder why their order tracking isnt that good enough? it would be great, if they have a toll free no & order tracking. anyway, tonermax is good. i recommend it to my friend.

I ordered Magenta and Yellow catridges for a Lexmark laser printer. I received Cyan and Yellow cartridges-- additionally the Yellow catridge was not the model number ordered and would not work with the laster.

I am still waiting for my complete order. I received 2 of one cartridge (ordered only one) and they still owe me 3. I can't get anyone to call me to discuss. There is no phone number to call and the auto response email is useless. It is almost 2 weeks since I ordered.

I ordered a toner cartridge 2-pack from Tonermax's web site. The description said "This product is a Genuine Original HP."

I received the product in a timely manner, but it wasn't what I ordered. Rather than an unopened box with 2 new toner cartridges, I received 2 loose cartridges wrapped in bubble wrap; they were clearly used and refilled, as the sealing tape on each cartridge was missing.

I quickly found out that Tonermax's toll-free customer service number is disconnected, so I emailed them. After a week and one more follow-up email from me, they still haven't responded. I am now disputing the charges with my credit card company.

Given Tonermax's lack of response to my inquiries, I highly doubt this was an honest mistake on their part.
