I was dissastisfied with the web sites lack of customer service options. I wanted to talk with someone about canceling my order immediately and there was not any immediate gratification. I did email and the response came days later and explained that sorry for the delay but was on vacation and it was too late for me to change the order or cancel. The web site should have a user friendly easy to spot customer number to call for assistance!

I ordered ink, and an hour later decided to exchange the printer for a different one that doesn't use the same ink. I emailed them and asked them to cancel the order. Within minutes I received an email that stated they'd try to catch the order. This was on Dec 23, with the holiday interruption fast upon us. I got an automated email a few days later saying my order had been sent for processing. I responded with another "please cancel" that night. By morning I had another email saying the order had been caught and canceled and they would refund my charge card. So, while I didn't actually get the ink, as per question #2, I did get what I wanted, which was a quick cancelation to prevent the hassel of having to return it. With fast service and great communication like that, I will definitely try them again.

Very confusing web site. At end of ordering there was no immediate comfirmation of acceptance of order...instead a questionnaire appeared. We called the dealer two days later (a Monday) to ascertain if the order did indeed get placed. Upon being told he could not find an order from us we proceeded to order again. Got the same stupid survey. Called them again and told them to cancel both orders. Confirmed this in an email to them that same day. They never responded and we ended up with two cartridges.

Within two hours of placing my order over the internet, I e-mailed them to change one of the ordered products. I sent a second e-mail and attemped several phone calls getting a message, "Mailbox full, stand by for attendent", who never answered. The original, uncorrected, order arrive a few days later. The only good part of the experience was prompt delivery.

Had a few problems negotiating the sight between toner cartridges. Order 4 different. But all in all the experience was easy.

I will not shop at this merchant ever again. I ordered 6 toners and received only 5. 4 of the 5 were not the toner I ordered. All 5 were expired (the dates of manufacture are printed on the boxes). 1 box was badly faded on one side, indicating that it had been sitting in direct exposure to sunlight (a no-no for toners). Customer service reps sounded like they had just been thrown onto the phones with no experience and didn't seem to know what they were doing. The price of the product was $25 -$50 lower than everyone else. Now I know why. I would strongly recommend that you stay away from this merchant.

Not exactly a user-friendly site. More automatic communication with the customer about the processing of the order would be especially reassuring for first-time customers who might have doubts about using an unfamiliar and unknown site such as TonerMax.

My first order came very quickly. My second order was ordered just before thanksgiving and now December 1... still has not arrived. I finally contacted them and have been informed that it has shipped. I have a feeling something fell through the cracks on the second order due to the holiday. I would still order from them though.

Although I was given an Order Number there was no way to track as to when shipment would be made. All I got was that 'order was processed through a supplier', nothing more. No time of delivery, or anything.

I found an older HP 03A laser toner cartridge from their store for about 2/3 the price other stores were offering it. Somewhere on their site they say to be in business since 1979, so I took my chances and bought the toner. In fact.. I bought 2 because orders over $50 get free ground shipping. A nice extra.

The checkout is smooth and very clean.. one could hardly make a mistake there. Used my Visa credit card to make the purchase and 3 days later my toners arrived. The box had some slight damage on the outside, but inside were enough peanuts to keep a German tank out :)
