The website is very basic and does not include any sort of log in feature. There is no place to track your order. They say the items are shipped within 24 hours and should arrive between 2-5 days. I ordered 2 items, waited 2 weeks, tried calling and was placed on hold for over 30 min. I decided to just email. It took 2 tries before getting a response where they told me that it would be shipped the next day. Twice. A week later I still had not received my items, so I emailed again. This time I was told that the order had been canceled and asked if I had canceled it. After saying that I had not, and asking them again to please send it, I was told that there was no record of the order. I won't ever order from them again.

I received the original product, just like they promised for a great price ($20 cheaper than Best Buy). I had ordered from another merchant that said "original" and it came in an opened box and did not look like "the original". As long as their price continues to be a great buy, I will order from them again.

Shipping times were excellent! The only problem is that one of the cartridges came opened and out of the package and was not usable. To their credit I received a replacment in 2 days. Overall I was very satisfied with the purchase.

Website was difficult to search for the specific genuine product. Doing a search for "Epson R1800" yielded nothing. I had to look up the items by the Epson stock number. This needs to be improved. Quality of merchandise was acceptable. The inks were US branded and appeared to be well within usuable date range
