Ordered 3 items:
1) charged immediately
2) 4-5 weeks later we received 2 of 3 items and one was the wrong item. The idiots they have answering the phone (eventually, that is) could wrap their "minds" around the fact that they sent the wrong item ("the invoice says X, so we must have sent X"!). To fix their mistake, we would have to ship the wrong item back (and most likely file a claim with our credit card, see 3 below).
3) Cancelled the order (for the remaining item) and was told refund will post 3-5 days. 2 1/2 weeks later (12 business days), they refuse to deal with us and we had to recoup via our credit card.
Lessons learned (and we've bought a LOT on-line with few problems):
1)Any company that charges before shipping has to be considered with a jaundiced eye. The few times this has happened are the few times we've had problems, mostly with items not being in stock (whether they say it is or not) and inordinately, indeterminate backorder times. If you don't care WHEN you get an item, go for it.
2) TALK to the prospective company before you order if you have any qualms about them (or, actually, any company you haven't dealt with before) to get a feel for what kind of operation they're running.
A real shyster operation, and apparently hit-or-miss from the other reviews. If it works for you, great; if not, good luck.
