As stated previously....their next day UPS shipping fee terms need to be clearer. I ordered on a Wednesday 11/11/09 and did not receive the merchandise until 11/20/09.

This was the first time I called a online service to order product and they were so kind. My first ring order did not go well. The ring was very much too big because they have comfort fit which makes a 12 feel like a 13, and the ring was not smooth at all. So, I called but and spoke to the sizing expert and he helped me and made my ordering experiance very pleasent. I got my new ring in a size 11 and in a different style and I am very satisfied. I was told that I would receive 2 day free delivery. I ordered on a Wednesday and did not receive it until the following Thursday. I am glad that I ordered early, otherwise it would have been late for the occassion. The ring looks very nice and I do like it.

Unexpected delays well beyond advertised availability of up to 10 business days. Hopefully when the ring is finally received it will be sized properly and of good quality. Depending on the out come of this order I may or may not make similar purchases.

It would have been nice for more status updates other than "Shipped" after it had been sent. I was unsure for a while if the order had been received or if there would be a problem with ring sizes and delays due to manufacture of the rings. Was very hard to get ahold of the company. Voicemail was always full, and took awhile to respond to e-mail. Although, the product was even more beatiful than the online picture. I would shop here again.

Received my item very quickly..about a week before the quoted time of delivery. They were very slow about responding to my email, however...I asked when estimated delivery was for my product and they didn't respond to me until after I received the product already.

I thought that shopping and purchasing of the ing was easy, but I still havn't received the product, which I ordered on May 15th. Today is May 30th. When I called on May 23rd to ask about it the woman said it was only processed on May 20th. When I told her when I ordered she just told me that she didn't know what the delay was, but those rings take 7-10 business days to ship. It has been well over that amount of time!

The ring was 1/2 size to big. I have sent it back according to their direction to obtain 1/2 size smaller. That was two weeks agone and haven't heard back from them. Planning to call tomorrow.

The only complaint that we had was due to not receiving the e-mail for Tracking the package. We wanted to make sure that we'd be home since the package needed to be signed for. When the order was placed, the confirmation stated that we would receive a Tracking/Shipping Confirmation and we did not. Putting that aside, we are pleased with the ring and how quickly it arrived :)

I ordered a ring on the 15th of Feb and I still have not recieved any kind of notification on it being sent, or problems with it. The money has been taken out of my account already. I would like to hear something back.
