I searched for a tungsten ring for a very long time and Titanium Kay had the best price and best customer rating out of all of them. The selection was superb! When I received my rings, they were EXACTLY as described and absolutely stunning!! I had to convince my fiance' that he had to actually wait until the wedding to wear his. Tired of my weary looking 5mm, half-round, milgrain, white-gold wedding band, I wanted to upgrade to something unique, without spending a fortune. I learned about tungsten carbide rings from a local jeweler, but the prices were beyond my budget. I looked online and found better prices and many variations, but then I saw THIS ring. The gunmetal color, thin gold inlay, beveled shape, 8mm width, and the multiple finishes sold me. The bevel is highly polished and the center is brushed, so it's not too blingy; the bevel provides an *occasional* flash of bling. My wife *loves* this ring. I had to exchange for one size smaller, and Titanium Kay shipped the replacement on the SAME DAY that they received the original ring from me. HIGHLY recommended.

After being measured at a jewelry store I sent off for a band of that size. I received it much faster than expected. It ended up not fitting and I wasn't as impressed with the style as I thought I would be. I exchanged it for another (cheaper) ring and changed the size. I received the second ring faster than expected and my account was recredited the difference in price without me even having to send an e-mail or call somebody. It was amazing. I wish all merchants were like Titanium Kay. My ring is awesome.

I was initially very upset, as I specifically selected "USPS" as the mode for delivery. I was shocked when the product arrived via UPS instead, and they charged a COD fee of $50, in addition to what I had already paid for the ring and shipping charges! I contacted Kenneth at Titanum Kay, and he credited this UPS charge back to my account. His prompt service and understanding was very appreciated. Because of this, I would shop at Titanium Kay again. The ring is very nice.
