I purchased two sample packs of cigars. The stars and stripes pack seemed on the stale side and had one broken cigar in the box as someone tried to force a 10 pack in a 9 pack box. It was replaced promptly but it seemed the cigars were not very fresh. The second pack was much better. I am a regular customer at the Peoria store and will not order from them online again. Cigars are fresher out of the store. BOB

took 13 days to recieve pipe tobacco, when got it , it was 1/2 pound short, called, took another 7 days to recieve the completed order. they did tell me through e-mail that they were not going to charge me a shipping charge. hope this is true. there product is good, but there shipping needs to be sorted out. I have ordered from them before and never had a prblem, the old saying, "if its not broken , don't try and fix it." mike jaral

My frustration was not with the tobacco or the shipping, rather it was with the web site itself. Very difficult to navigate, very difficult to figure out how to place an order. Once I figured out how to work the system, everything went smooth. But tell me, isn't one tiny one-quarter inch link at the very bottom of the page to bring you to the order online area a little ridiculous? That's all I found on the web site when I visited. No order online tab, nothing on the page to bring me to an easy way to order online, just scroll down and there on the very bottom a one quarter inch underlined link to place an online order. GIVE ME A BREAK!
