My only real critisism is that the order was a rush. When there was a delay, I was not notified and I have to call to find out why I hadn't received the order. They were however very responsive and worked to remedy the situation.

I shop at TigerGPS because I trust them and they sell their items at a fair price. I sometimes see an item cheaper but it is usually with a company I don't feel comfortable with.

My experience with TigerGPS.com was a great one, they not only matched the lower price I found for the same item, but they were really helpful with a problem that occurred with the order. I have never received the product. It was ordered 10/25 and sent USPS and is lost and the company is doing little to recover or replace the item. I finally after repeated phone calls got a USPS tracking number,which indicated it was received by the post office. I am totally disatisfied with the way things are being handled. I still do not have the product and today is 11/15. It is not likely I will do business with this company again unless the remove the 708 dollar charge from my credit card. Their staff pay good lip service on the phone but does nothing else. Not a happy customer...Don Shields in IL
