I requested a GPS system from this merchant who was showing the product "on Sale." They E-mailed back saying they couldn't get the product, but had something just as good. (this is sometimes referred to as "Bait & switch." When I got the replacement product, I couldn't attach it to the window properly, so they "had to sell me something else that would work."

Very pleased with TigerGPS. On an earlier order for a GPS explorist XL it was necessary to contact Tiger via e mail. Recieved a very prompt reply from Jessica and a solution was found very quickly. She must be a valued employee. Not happy with mapsend however. Lacks detail I expected. Was interested in Topo maps at the advertised 9.99 special. Contacted Magellan and got no response. Not your problem but magellan could learn from you. Ed Dinkins

My only real critisism is that the order was a rush. When there was a delay, I was not notified and I have to call to find out why I hadn't received the order. They were however very responsive and worked to remedy the situation.

I shop at TigerGPS because I trust them and they sell their items at a fair price. I sometimes see an item cheaper but it is usually with a company I don't feel comfortable with.

I have never received the product. It was ordered 10/25 and sent USPS and is lost and the company is doing little to recover or replace the item. I finally after repeated phone calls got a USPS tracking number,which indicated it was received by the post office. I am totally disatisfied with the way things are being handled. I still do not have the product and today is 11/15. It is not likely I will do business with this company again unless the remove the 708 dollar charge from my credit card. Their staff pay good lip service on the phone but does nothing else. Not a happy customer...Don Shields in IL
