False advertising and poor customer service

I will never use Tiger GPS or recommend this site to anyone. I should of listened to the reviews. I ordered my GPS (which said "IN STOCK") on December 23 before 3PM EST. There policy is supposed to be if you place an order before 3PM EST, it will ship the same day. I did Next Day Shipping hoping to get it before Christmas. Well the only email I got was the one that confirmed my order. I didn't get a tracking #, but I went to UPS and used my order # to find it. All it said was "BILLING INFORMATION RECEIVED". Since it was so close to Christmas, I figured it would probably ship Monday. Monday, the 29th came and still nothing. When I checked my order status on there website it still said the same thing "warehouse: 12/23/08 3:30 pm". So I gave it one more day. So today, 12/30, the same old bullsht "order staus: warehouse". I did the online Customer Service chat to see what the problem was. They said, " We're sorry that item is out of stock, we will have some more in about 2 weeks." Right there and then I told them to cancel my order. I can see the website maybe not updating to say IN or OUT of stock, but at least have some common courtesy to email the customer to let them know. I learned my lesson, call and actually talk to someone to see if it is "IN STOCK". So I called BuyDig.com to see if they had them in stock and they did. I ordered it online around 1pm EST and as of 4pm EST it had already shipped.
