I was a little skeptical to order from Tigergps.com after reading some of the poor reviews but, the price they offered on the Garmin nuvi 755T was so much better than anyone else that, I decided to take a chance.  They were having a Thanksgiving special and the website showed that the item was in stock and would ship that day (Saturday).  Well, it didn’t ship that day and I received an email on Monday saying it was backordered.  “Here we go”, I thought to myself.  Well, after four days (because they requested I wait that long before contacting them), I contacted customer support by email and within 24 hours I received a message saying the unit was “in warehouse” and would ship within 24 hours.  True to their word the unit was shipped and I got it three days later.  It was an eight day delay but the item was exactly what they said it would be and I got it at a great price.

One thing I didn’t like is that they marked the retail price of all of their Garmin units about $50 higher than the MSRP so as to make you think you’re getting a better deal than you are.  Caveat emptor!  Overall I was pretty happy with them, though.
