I ordered a GPS from this company about a week and a half ago. I received the confirmation email. After about a week I called just to see if the gps had been shipped. I was told it had been. After another week I called again and talked to John, the customer service manager. He hung up on me twice. I was frustrated and just wanted a chance to ask some questions. He never gave me a chance to speak, never apologized, never tried to figure out what happened. He was very RUDE and OBNOXIOUS.

Honestly, it baffled me that there were any reviews with good scores. I've never been talked to in such a demeaning way. I can read, I am an educated person and was treated like dirt. I will never shop at this site again and will make sure all my friends don't either. I shop online very frequently and understand when items go out of stock or delays happen. All I wanted was an apology, a "Sorry, there seems to have been a misunderstanding" ANYTHING! Instead I got hung up on twice. It was frustrating when all I wanted to do was buy a product from them.

AWFUL, FRUSTRATING, AND ENFURIATING EXPERIENCE!

DO NOT SHOP HERE - Pay a little more somewhere else and get the customer service respect that a every paying customer should receive.
