DON'T SHOP HERE!!! Price is the only thing these guys have going for them. Ordered a Garmin back in Nov. Website said item was in stock and shipped same day if order before 3pm EST. Ordered item 9am PST (12 noon back east). They charged my credit card that same day. It took 2 weeks for the item to ship and another week in the delivery system to get here. When it finally showed up it didn't work. I had to pay for return shipping on a defective item. Now I'm told that it will be another 2-3 weeks for a replacement to be mailed. If I want my $$$ back I have to pay a restocking fee!!! - on a product that should not be restock because it doesn't work!!
Customer service is terrible. No replies to any of my emails regarding order status, tracking info, return info, etc. Phone service is just as bad. Phone system drops you when are placed on hold. Customer service reps are rude and have no helpful information. CSR Mike intentionally hung up on me when he could not provide any information about my return status or a reason for the continual delay with my order.
