First, before I get into all the issues...I have to say Tiger's CS reps were always extremely nice, even with me being so upset with all the horrible issues I had with products ordered from them...

To get into just that, years ago I ordered a custom built PC through them, it was a Systemax.  This was the absolute worst online retailer (even retailer in general) experience of my life! 

-First, it took them 2 months to get the PC to me.
-The PC was awesome while it lasted, for what I bought it for, which was gaming...however, once my motherboard failed a few years later, more issues started.
-I had purchased an extended 2 year warranty after the manufacturer warranty ended, and this was through tiger.  When I called to tell them that my motherboard had died, and I had an extended warranty through them, they sent me to call the manufacturer (Asus). 

When I called Asus, they sent me to call Tiger.  When I called Tiger back, they sent me to call their subsidiary warranty company.  When I called the warranty company, they sent me to call Tiger or Asus.  This bs continued for about a month until I finally got Tiger to agree to replace the board.  Only problem was, by that point (years after purchase), the socket 939 boards were scarce, and all they had left of them at Tiger were pieces of crap compared to what I had before it died.

All of this basically ended in no solution and me saying "just forget about it".  Although I have to admit, in the end they did make an effort to at least honor the warranty I had purchased through them, it still did not solve the issue, as I was not about to downgrade when I had paid to make sure my purchase would be replaced with an equal product if need be.

In closure, if you are going to purchase from this company, do not bother getting extended warranties on anything, as it took upwards of a month to convince them that they had to even honor mine.
