I just purchased a Jawbone 2 bluetooth headset, and wanted to advise people of their terminology regarding missing items in the package.

The Jawbone 2 package comes with the headset, the charger, four ear loops, and three earbuds.  Depending on how TigerDirect words the product web page, you won't get the full contents of the package.

The web page said this product came with "OEM packaging".  That meant nothing to me, I plan to throw the packaging away, anyway.  I care about the contents, not the package.  To TigerDirect, though, it DOES mean something.  It means that you will not receive the full product as seen on the manufacturer's web page, or even in the instructions of the package you receive.

The only rectification that TigerDirect offered was to refund my money, but only after the second call in to customer service (they failed to call me as promised after the first call).  They have no plans to express to the consumer that the product they sell is not the full product.  This was expressed to me quite clearly by the supervisor.  To their credit, they did update their web page for this one product.  But I'm left suspecting somehow that anything else I buy from them might have some code word on the page that indicates that I'm only getting part of the whole product.
