i made an order the 12 February the packet had a struggle with label illegible/missing and it was returned to the shipper ( not my fault ) since the packet never came to me, in my opinion there are only 2 possible causes.
1 someone on TigerDirect wrote bad label info on it
2 someone on UPS damage/lost it

the shipping price its quite expensive 353,95 USD, why should i pay for the shipping again??? its that fair? my common sense says that UPS shoud refund tigerdirect the shipping money since it didn't got delivery it dint even got to the airport.
at this point I'm very very frustrated, called customer service and they are clueless they just say i need to pay shipping again, so i asked for my money back, i really cant wait anymore since 12 February to today 27 March and my stuff didn't even got shipped thats unacceptable.
i didn't even got any email about Progress in my problem

Check it here this reviews are more reliable since they ask for order number without it i woulnt surpirce about tigerdirect making good reviews about them selfs
