I began ordering from Tiger Direct last year, after getting many recommendations from family members and colleagues. To date, I have placed six orders through Tiger Direct, ranging from computer accessories and parts, to media equipment and even office furniture. I can see why this company is so highly recommended and successful, they have some amazing deals and rebate offers to match. To this day, I have gotten back over $200 in rebates, all which I have gotten with no problems.

My most recent order was placed in early April, consisting of a cpu cooling fan, a power supply made by Power Up, as well as a set of pc speakers. The sales rep told me I can expect the order to arrive within 5-7 business days, and to my surprise, it got here in only three. That is usually the case, I can really appreciate how the company's service delivery exceeds their promises. I usually choose to phone in my orders rather than order via the Tiger Direct website because I usually have some questions about products I'm ordering. I always have my questions answered my highly professional sales representatives. In the rare event that one of them does not have an immediate answer to a question (and lets' be honest, we can't expect them to be well-versed in every single one of the thousands of products TD carries), they kindly ask me to hold while they research the issue, and return with an answer in a short period of time. It is that kind of diligence that separates great customer service from service that mediocre at best, and it is that type of quality that keeps me returning to Tiger Direct.
