I can not say I have experienced any kinds of problems shopping with Tiger Direct. They have proved themselves to me as a reliable reseller, and have the best prices and selections in the business. I really like their new website layout, making navigation and ordering even easier than it was before.
After my old tube tv finally gave out for good, I found myself in the market for big flat LCD tv, and the search went on for quite sometime. Even nearby stores I had been shopping at for many years such as Circuit City and Best Buy had offers that left much to be desired. Upon my wife’s suggestion, I finally decided to go against my tradition and look into Tiger Direct's offers on televisions. WOW! I was really taken aback, and that does not happen very often I assure you! We finally decided on a beautiful 50" Panasonic LCD HDTV, which we got for even less than what Target asked for. We are all truly happy with the purchase, which Tiger Direct handled wonderfully. It arrived within their announced time period, which was a real plus.
The clearest recommendation of Tiger Direct that we can give friends and relatives is having them come over and seeing for themselves the excellent 50” Panasonic in all its glory, which they also find to be at an unbelievable price. Now we know where to turn for electronics, media, and computers…and so do our friends and family.
